Get your week back.

Spend it on what you do best.

Slow quotes, missed follow-ups, invoices nobody chased, books that never get closed. We find the busywork that costs your business the most and take it off your plate, one fix at a time.

What we take off your plate

Less time chasing inboxes. AI and automation do the heavy lifting, and a person checks every result before it reaches you. Your data, and your customers' data, stays private: never sold, never shared, never used to train anyone's models.

  1. Quotes that go out and get followed up.

Every request by email or form gets a same-day reply, and every open quote gets a follow-up on schedule. Your team reviews and sends.

  2. Your books, closed every month.

Transactions sorted, accounts reconciled, and a plain report each month, so you know where the money went. Taking a few first clients.

  3. Auto repair shops: every missed call texted back, every review answered.

Calls nobody picks up get a text back, new Google reviews get a reply within 48 hours, and every finished job gets a review request. For independent shops in Dallas–Fort Worth.

  4. A website that brings in work.

We look at your site, Google listing and reviews the way a new customer would, then fix what's costing you calls: a slow page, a form that goes nowhere, a phone number buried three clicks deep. That way, the customers who find you reach you, not the next name on the list.

  5. Something else eating your week?

Tell us about it. If it's not a fit, we'll say so. We sort out the process before we automate anything, and we'll tell you whether to buy a tool or build something light. One-off fixes get a fixed price in writing. Most of what we do runs as a monthly service.

Two weeks to your first fix

From your first message to a fix that's running.

  1. Tell me where your week goes.

A short call or a few lines in the form below. If it's not a fit, I'll say so.

  2. I fix the biggest drain first.

A fixed price in writing before any work starts. The first fix is running within two weeks of your yes.

  3. Every month, you see what got done.

A plain report: what went out, what came back and what it was worth. Walk away anytime.

Who you'll work with

You didn't start a business to chase invoices, retype quotes or close the books at midnight. That's the work I take off your plate.

I'm Jeff Showah. I've spent decades building the systems big companies run on, and the lesson holds at any size: most bottlenecks aren't a technology problem. They're a step nobody owns.

So I start by asking where your week goes. Then I fix what costs you most and show you the numbers. Only if it’s worth it do we move on to the next biggest drain.

Showah Co. is new, so I don't have reviews yet. I'll earn them: a fixed price in writing, and you can walk away anytime. I'm in Dallas–Fort Worth and happy to come see how you work.

Common questions

What can you take off my plate?

The repeated busywork that costs you the most: quote follow-ups, invoices nobody chased, the monthly books, a website that doesn't bring in calls. Not on the list? Tell me what's eating your week.

Do I need to change my software?

No. I work in the tools you already use: your email, your accounting software, your website. If something's missing, I'll tell you whether to buy a tool or build something light.

What do I still handle?

The decisions. AI and automation do the first pass, and I check every result before it reaches you. You choose what needs your OK before it goes out. In the first month you see everything; after that, only what needs you.

How soon will I see a result?

The first fix is running within two weeks of your yes. If it needs access to your email or accounting software, I'll ask for it on day one.

What does it cost?

A fixed price, in writing, before any work starts. Monthly services are month to month, so you can walk away anytime, and one-off fixes get a fixed quote too. Each service's price is on its own page, starting with bookkeeping.

Is my data safe?

Your data, and your customers' data, is never sold, never shared and never used to train anyone's models. I ask only for the access a job needs, and your accounts stay yours if you leave.

What happens if you stop doing this?

Nothing breaks. Your email, accounting software and website work the same without me. Your data and accounts are yours, there's no contract, and if I ever wind down you get 30 days' notice, a full export and a guide to running things yourself or moving to another provider. The details are in the service terms.

Tell me what's slowing you down

A few lines is plenty. I'll reply within one business day, and there's no pitch unless you ask for one.

What you send goes to my inbox. I use it to reply to you, and for nothing else. A mobile number gets texts only if you tick the box. No mailing list, no tracking. Cloudflare Turnstile screens the form for bots.
