Service terms
You're never locked in. This page covers what you own when you work with me, how to cancel, and what happens if I ever stop providing the service. Your written quote covers the work and the price; these terms apply to every client.

The short version
- Your data and your accounts are yours, and you can take them with you at any time.
- Monthly services are month to month. There's no long-term contract.
- If I ever stop, you get 30 days' notice, a full export and a handover guide. Nothing you rely on breaks.
Your data and accounts
Your customer records, message history and reports belong to you. You can ask for a full export at any time, and I'll send it within 5 business days.
Accounts such as your Google Business Profile and your accounting software stay in your name. I use only the access you grant, and you can remove it at any time.
Any phone number I set up for your business is assigned to you, and I'll transfer or port it to you on request.
No long-term contract
Service is month to month. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month.
If I stop providing the service
I'll give you at least 30 days' written notice. Before the last day I'll deliver a full export of your data, transfer any phone number assigned to you, and give you a handover guide for running things yourself or moving to another provider. You won't be charged after the last month of service.
Changes
If anything here changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top, and tell current clients before the change applies to them.
